150ml Solán de Cabras Orange
3 chunks of pineapple
Juice from half a mandarin
2 teaspoons honey
Refreshing and sophisticated. Place all the ingredients in the blender and mix the 150ml of Solán de Cabras Orange with the pieces of pineapple, mandarin juice and honey. Serve everything in a lowball glass.
Decorate with a mandarin butterfly for an elegant touch.
