APPLE SPICED

PREPARATION

In a cocktail shaker or a large jar, place the pepper, cinnamon stick and clove and crush them into an aromatic bouquet. Then add the roasted apple and Solán de Cabras Apple. Add two ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Serve in a tall glass after straining twice.

GARNISH

A slice of dried apple is the ideal decoration.
