Solán de Cabras Orange
1 Slice of Ginger
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
Garnish: Dark Chocolate
Add the Solán de Cabras Orange, natural yoghurt, maple syrup and a slice of ginger in a shaker. Mash up the ginger. Pour ice halfway up the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain twice and serve in an old fashioned glass with a couple of ice cubes. Decorate with a sliver of dark chocolate which will bring perfect harmony in contrast.
If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can use a large jar.
