120ml Solán de Cabras Lemon
2 pieces toasted fresh pineapple
2 slices of ginger
Top with ginger ale
Mash up the pineapple and ginger to blend the aromas with the Solán de Cabras Lemon. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice and pour in the mixture. Shake the mixture vigorously for 10-15 seconds in a cocktail shaker or large jar. Serve in a glass or stein after a double strain, and top with ginger ale.
A slice of ginger will crown the cocktail.
