60ml Solán de Cabras Orange
30ml rosemary syrup
30ml honey syrup
Half a lime, crushed
1 cinnamon stick, crushed
1 vanilla bean, crushed
A line of lime rind and pink pepper (garnish)
Place the cinnamon, vanilla and lime in a cocktail shaker or large jar and mash it up. Then add the rosemary and honey syrups and the 60 ml of Solán de Cabras Orange. Half-fill the shaker with ice, close it tight
and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain twice and serve in an old fashioned glass with crushed ice.
There is no better garnish for this cocktail than a line of lime rind and a pinch of pink pepper.
