150ml Solán de Cabras Mixed Fruits
2 pieces of red chilli
2 chunks of pineapple
40ml carrot juice
20ml lemon juice
A proposal to delight those with a liking for spiciness. Place the chillies, pineapple, carrot and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Mash up and add the Solán de Cabras Mixed Fruits. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Serve in a tall glass and fill with crushed ice.
A red chilli will boost the cocktail’s character.
