150ml Solán de Cabras Lemon
Optional: top with soda or sparkling mineral water
Place the lychees and strawberries in a cocktail shaker or large jar and mash them up. Then, pour in 150ml of Solán de Cabras Lemon. Half-fill the shaker with ice. Close tight and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. There are two ways of serving:
1. Strain twice and serve in a cocktail glass with a stick of lychees covered in sesame seeds.
2. Pour the content into the glass, ice and all, and complete with 2 straws.
The floating fruit will provide the artistic touch to this combination.
