150ml Solán de Cabras Orange
20ml mango purée
A dash of curry
1 basil leaf
In a cocktail shaker, pour the mango purée, the dash of curry, basil leaf and Solán de Cabras Orange. Add 2-3 ice cubes
and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain twice, pour into a small jar and fill with crushed ice.
