150ml Solán de Cabras Lemon
Half a pomegranate
Top with ginger ale
Place the pomegranate in a shaker and mash. Add the Solán de Cabras Lemon. Half-fill the shaker with ice. Close and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain twice and serve it in a tall glass with ice. Top it off with ginger ale for a special touch. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can use a large jar.
For the perfect finishing touch, add a spoonful of pomegranate seeds.
