500ML Solán de Cabras Lemon
1 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons Rosemary Honey
3 Pieces of watermelon
Use a glass pitcher and add the Solán de Cabras and bits of watermelon.
Dissolve the honey in half a glass of hot water and pour into the pitcher.
Squeeze half a lime and add a tablespoon of sugar, placing all ingredients into the pitcher. Mash everything up inside the pitcher with a large wooden spoon until properly mixed.
Leave the spoon inside to control the chunks of watermelon when serving.
