60ml green tea and jasmine syrup
30ml lemon juice
Begin by cooling the glass with ice. Pour the 30ml lemon juice, 60ml green tea and jasmine syrup and 120ml Solán de Cabras Apple into a cocktail shaker. Shake along with 2 ice cubes and serve in the ice-cold glass.
