150ml Solán de Cabras Orange
25ml natural grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon light raspberry marmalade
50ml non-alcoholic Bitter
2 wedges grapefruit (garnish)
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, except for the non-alcoholic Bitter, and serve, straining twice, into a tall glass with ice. Now it’s time for the non-alcoholic Bitter, which will taint it the color of the famous Garibaldi cocktail.
Decorate with two grapefruit wedges to round off the unmistakable bitter taste of this Italian cocktail.
