150ml Solán de Cabras Lemon
2 teaspoons agave syrup
1 bag white tea, red tea and thyme tea.
In a pot of water, insert the tea bags, steep for 2 minutes and then remove. Add Solán de Cabras Lemon and 2 tablespoons agave syrup. Fill half of a large cup to cool and stir in properly. This way we dilute the honey. Lastly, serve in a tall glass with crushed ice.
Decorate with a sprig of thyme to give it a natural touch.
