Solán de Cabras Apple

1 Teaspoon Sugar
PREPARATION
Place the pear, celery, spearmint and sugar in a blender Then add the Solán de Cabras Apple. Scoop in crushed ice or add 3 ice cubes. Close well and blend for 20 seconds. Serve in an old fashioned glass.
Decorate with spearmint.
