150ml Solán de Cabras Mixed Fruits

PREPARATION
Begin by putting the passion fruit, ripe mango, lychees and cloves into the cocktail shaker and then mash the fruit. Then add the Solán de Cabras Mixed Juice. Half-fill the shaker with ice. Close and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain twice to finish and serve the clear liquid in a cocktail glass.
GARNISH
Sprinkle powdered cinnamon to decorate this creation and to enhance its seductive aroma.
