To prepare this cocktail with tropical memories, place the ripe mango in a cocktail shaker and mash it up. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can use a large jar. Follow with the white chocolate syrup plus 150 ml of Solán de Cabras Mixed Fruits. Once all the ingredients are together, it’s important to fill the shaker halfway with ice. Close tight and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Lastly, strain twice and serve in a cocktail glass.


Add an exotic touch by sprinkling black sesame seeds over the top.
