Solán de Cabras Lemon
50 ml Grapefruit Juice
50 ml Cranberry Juice
1 Passion Fruit
Garnish: 1 Blackberry Covered in icing sugar
Place the passion fruit inside a glass. Then add the Solán de Cabras Lemon and grapefruit juice and stir properly with a spoon. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice and mix with the liquid. Then add more crushed ice to fill the glass completely. Top off with cranberry juice.
A blackberry covered in icing sugar serves as decoration.
