In a cocktail shaker, served in a tall glass. Add the cranberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberry together with the sugar and mash up with a pestle. Then pour in the Solán de Cabras Orange and the natural lemon juice. Shake vigorously until the mixture is cold. The cocktail can be completed in two ways, pouring the mixture directly into the glass, thus leaving the mashed fruit, or, on the contrary, straining the mixture twice and serving a cleaner beverage. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can use a large jar.



There is an ever-present Raspberry Mule at the Ópera Café in Oviedo, one of the best selling and most appreciated cocktails on the menu. Solán de Cabras Wild Berries is inspired by it, making it even more “wild”.
