PREPARATION
Place the plants in a shaker and mash. The interesting thing about this cocktail is that in order to give more prominence to a certain plant, all we need to do is increase its quantity in the mixture. Then add the Solán de Cabras Apple. Add ice halfway into the shaker. Close tight and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain twice and serve in a cocktail glass. A basil leave will decorate. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can use a large jar.
