Oatmeal cookies

“Yo sí que como” brings us this fabulous recipe for oatmeal cookies so that we can indulge ourselves with this treat. Aside from having a calming effect, they are delicious. Go ahead, try it!

Ingredients

 

  • 100 gr butter
  • 1 Cup brown cane sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Cup oat flour
  • 1/2 Cup oats
  • Handful of raisins
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoons compressed yeast

Preparation

Mix the butter, eggs and brown cane sugar to a creamy consistency. In a separate bowl, add the flour, oats and yeast, mixing well. Add the raisins and cinnamon. Mix the dry ingredients with the creamy blend. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray and grease it. Cover the tray with portions of dough. Lastly, bake for 20/25 minutes at 180 degrees.
