Buckwheat with sugar snap peas
Naturopath Patricia Pérez, together with “Yo sí que como”, brings us this healthy recipe of buckwheat with sugar snap peas so that we enjoy a balanced life. This recipe stimulates our interior and generates internal heat in addition to helping eliminate liquids.
Ingredients
- 80 gr buckwheat spaghetti
- 1 bowl sugar snap peas
- Black sesame seeds
- Tamari sauce
- Virgin olive oil, first cold-pressed
Preparation
First, steam the sugar snap peas for 4 minutes, until they are cooked al dente. Cook the buckwheat pasta for 10 minutes over low heat, and then drain. When plating up, add the oil, a couple of teaspoons of tamari sauce and black sesame seeds.
