Detox broth

“Yo sí que como” brings us another fabulous  and healthy recipe: a detox broth. This recipe is extremely detoxing, re constructive and will help us eliminate toxins, as well as stimulate our defences.


  • 8 dried mushrooms
  • ½ litre water
  • A little kombu algae
  • 1 turnip, thinly sliced
  • A little fresh ginger, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • The water used to hydrate the mushrooms


Pour half a litre of mineral water and the water from hydrating the mushrooms into a pot. Cook the mushrooms and algae, covered, over low heat, for 20 minutes. Then, add the turnip, soy sauce and ginger and simmer until the turnip is ready. Remove from the heat and add two tablespoons of apple vinegar.
