Tofu and millet cookies
Yo sí que como” brings us, in collaboration with the naturopath Patricia Pérez, this fabulous recipe for tofu and millet cookies so we can indulge ourselves with this treat. Aside from having a calming effect, they are delicious. Go ahead, try it!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups millet
- 250 gr tofu, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon unrefined sea salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 red onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Mineral water
Preparation
First, sauté the garlic (without the core) and the red onion in a bit of oil and water. Add the curry and unrefined salt, followed by the crumbled tofu. Then add the previously cooked millet. Stir everything and sauté during 5/7 minutes. To finish, decorate with some black sesame seeds which provide a fantastic taste.
