Cottage cheese cream
Naturopath Patricia Pérez prepares this delicious dessert for “Yo sí que como”: cottage cheese cream. A very simple and nutritious recipe. With more protein than milk and less fat than ricotta cheese. Go ahead, try it!
- 8 tablespoons cottage cheese
- Lemon zest
- 6 tablespoons whole cane sugar
- 400 gr berries, varied
First, beat the berries (previously washed) and add three tablespoons whole cane sugar. Add the cottage cheese with lemon zest and the other 3 tablespoons whole cane sugar. Whip everything together and let the mixture stand,in the fridge, for approximately one hour.
