Miso soup

Naturopath Patricia Pérez brings us this fantastic recipe, chock-full of flavour and many healthy properties, thanks to the miso.  Furthermore, it will help alkalise our organism. Excellent for women undergoing menopause as it prevents osteoporosis.  A delicious soup!

Ingredients

 

  • ½ litre water
  • ½ onion
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 2 tablespoons miso
  • A little aguacame algae
  • A little spring onion
  • 50 gr de tofu, cubed

 

Preparation

Place water in a pot, add the cubed tofu and the previously hydrated aguacame algae and simmer for 3 minutes. Then add the onion and celery and leave for an additional 7 minutes. Meanwhile, dissolve the miso in warm water and add to the pot. Remove from the heat and let it cool. To finish, condiment with spring onion.
