Oats and banana smoothie

“Yo sí que como” brings us this incredible oats and banana smoothie. It is indicated for people with mental fatigue as it stimulates the immune system and provides vitamins from the B group which are essential for the nervous system. Go ahead, try it!

Ingredients

  • 250 ml oat milk
  • 1 yoghurt, low-fat and ecological
  • 2 bananas
  • Drizzle of honey

Preparation

First, peel and chop the banana. Mix with the oats, honey and natural yoghurt in a blender. Blend the ingredients to a creamy texture. Et voilà.
