PREPARATION

PREPARATION
Begin by putting the passion fruit, ripe mango, lychees and cloves into the cocktail shaker and then mash the fruit. Then add the Solán de Cabras Mixed Juice. Half-fill the shaker with ice. Close and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain twice to finish and serve the clear liquid in a cocktail glass.
GARNISH
Sprinkle powdered cinnamon to decorate this creation and to enhance its seductive aroma.

To prepare this cocktail with tropical memories, place the ripe mango in a cocktail shaker and mash it up. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can use a large jar. Follow with the white chocolate syrup plus 150 ml of Solán de Cabras Mixed Fruits. Once all the ingredients are together, it’s important to fill the shaker halfway with ice. Close tight and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Lastly, strain twice and serve in a cocktail glass.
GARNISH
Add an exotic touch by sprinkling black sesame seeds over the top.

PREPARATION
Delicious blend of mixed fruits and vegetables. Prepare directly in a collins glass. Dissolve the marmalade in the orange juice and then mash up the pineapple. Fill the glass with crushed ice and finish by adding the Solán de Cabras Mixed Fruits.
GARNISH

To achieve this New York creation adapted to all audiences, add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, except for the ginger beer. Shake vigorously until the mixture is cold and serve in a tall glass, straining twice.

PREPARATION
In a blender, served in a tall glass. Place all the ingredients in the blender, save for the vanilla beans. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend to a frappé texture. If necessary, add more ice.
GARNISH
Lastly, pour into a tall glass and decorate with vanilla beans.

A proposal to delight those with a liking for spiciness. Place the chillies, pineapple, carrot and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Mash up and add the Solán de Cabras Mixed Fruits. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Serve in a tall glass and fill with crushed ice.
