150ml Solán de Cabras Mixed Fruits
3 raspberries
4 strawberries
A dash of lemon juice

PREPARATION

In a cocktail shaker or a large jar, mash up the strawberries and raspberries with the lemon juice. Then add the Solán de Cabras Mixed Fruits. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds with 2-3 ice cubes. Serve, after a double strain, in a collins or rocks glass with crushed ice.

GARNISH

Decorate with a fan of strawberries and icing sugar.
