Cocktails

150ml Solán de Cabras Mixed Fruits
1 top pumpkin marmalade
Half a top onion marmalade
40ml carrot juice
1 slice of pineapple

PREPARATION

Delicious blend of mixed fruits and vegetables. Prepare directly in a collins glass. Dissolve the marmalade in the orange juice and then mash up the pineapple. Fill the glass with crushed ice and finish by adding the Solán de Cabras Mixed Fruits.

GARNISH

A caramelized onion makes for an original decoration.
