25ml lime juice

15ml orgeat

5 slices of cucumber

1 passion fruit (seeds and juice)

1 hit ginger beer
PREPARATION
To achieve this New York creation adapted to all audiences, add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, except for the ginger beer. Shake vigorously until the mixture is cold and serve in a tall glass, straining twice.
GARNISH
The finishing touch is cucumber slices.
